Tedi Parsons created 2b Inclusive Professional Development in 2011, bringing a strong background in human resources, operations, facilities management, training and development, along with a strong passion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). 2bI is committed to helping others, no matter where they are on their professional journey, to grow, prosper, and succeed.

As President & CEO of 2bI, Tedi is responsible for the strategic vision and day-to-day operations of the organization, including creating and implementing high-quality and effective training and professional development programs, which are used to educate, encourage, and empower others. Since 2011, over 6,500 individuals have taken part in one of the many professional diversity education and training programs Tedi has created. Using real-world experiences, 2bI assists employers in both the private and public sectors to attract and retain world-class talent through customized and effective programming, education, and training. 2bI has a strong belief in focusing on people and not on policy.

Most recently, Tedi was proud to serve as the President & CEO of the former Michigan Diversity Education Center (MiDEC) from 2019 -2023. MiDEC was a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit located in Lansing, MI. MiDEC who is committed to serving as global change-agents by providing quality diversity education and training, empowering community engagement, and serving as good stewards to dismantle the systems of inequities, privilege, and injustices.

Prior to 2bI, Tedi was the President & CEO of The Professionals Forum LLC, a company he created in 2011, which was merged into 2b Inclusive LLC. Past positions included Tedi serving as Vice-President of Operations & Human Resources, Facilities/Operations Manager, Executive Administrator, and Sr. Executive Assistant. He received his certification in Purchasing & Procurement after attending the University of Wisconsin – Madison School of Business and holds designations as a Certified Career Coach (CCC), Certified Executive Coach (CEC), Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and is also a Certified Train the Trainer. Additionally, Tedi holds certifications in ergonomics, facilities management, and human resources.

Tedi is sought out to provide professional direction and training for Human Resources, Leadership, Strategic/Strategy Planning, and Diversity, Equity, and inclusion for the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. He also finds time to pursue his passion for volunteering and mentoring, with a strong commitment to social justice and equality. Tedi resides in Delhi Township, Michigan.
